Phase 2: Order Scheduling & Processing
Upon receipt of an order from the customer, it is promptly entered into our system and scheduled for production. We confirm the order with the customer within 24 hours to ensure clarity and accuracy. The order is then forwarded to the planning department, where the necessary materials and finishes are determined, and any missing information is compiled for the processing team. Our high-visibility scheduling system plays a crucial role in this process, offering real-time scheduling that is both accurate and efficient. This proprietary system provides full visibility from start to finish, showing the current status of materials in the production process and the hours needed for the project. Following the planning stage, the order moves to processing, where it undergoes a thorough verification to ensure that all components required for completion are present and accounted for.
Phase 3: Manufacturing
The order advances through the manufacturing steps, starting with the material preparation department, followed by the welding department. During this process, the order undergoes a manufacturing quality assessment to ensure compliance with our standards. Once these stages are complete, the order is sent to the finishing department, where it is prepared for final inspection. Finally, the order goes through a thorough final quality control process to ensure that all quality standards are met before delivery.
Phase 4: Shipping & On Time Delivery
Once the order is complete, it is prepared for shipping and managed through our integrated in-house logistics solution. Utilizing our owned fleet of trucks, the order is transported efficiently. Our facilities are strategically located to optimize logistics across North America, ensuring a hassle-free delivery process.
